- 250ml (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
- 200ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set while you prepare the mousse.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Mousse
- Melt the Cadbury Flake and dark/milk chocolate together using a double boiler (or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between). Let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, stirring gently to keep the mixture light.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate to the whipped cream mixture, folding carefully until smooth and well incorporated.

- Pour the chocolate mousse filling over the chilled Oreo crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
