Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 200g (about 20) Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 75g (5 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted

For the Chocolate Mousse Filling:

  • 200g Cadbury Flake chocolate, crumbled
  • 200g dark or milk chocolate, melted
  • 250ml (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
  • 200ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the Topping:

  • 23 Cadbury Flake bars, crumbled
  • Chocolate shavings or curls (optional)
  • Fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set while you prepare the mousse.

Step 2: Make the Chocolate Mousse

  1. Melt the Cadbury Flake and dark/milk chocolate together using a double boiler (or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between). Let it cool slightly.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, stirring gently to keep the mixture light.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate to the whipped cream mixture, folding carefully until smooth and well incorporated.

Step 3: Assemble the Tart

  1. Pour the chocolate mousse filling over the chilled Oreo crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  2. Sprinkle the top generously with crumbled Cadbury Flake and optional chocolate shavings or fresh berries.

Step 4: Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the mousse to set properly.
  2. Slice and enjoy this rich, chocolatey delight!

Notes

Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dollop of whipped cream for extra indulgence! 🍫✨
